When should I transfer my services?
In case the ‘owner’ of the services changes, the contracts for those services should be transferred. A couple of examples are:
- There is a new owner of the company
- The CoC registration changed
- The VAT number changed
- The legal status of the company changed
- There has been a merger
- The services contracted with TAG are transferred to a different company
How do I transfer my contracts?
Step 1: The new contracting party creates a TAG customer account (including payment authorisation).
Step 2: Download and complete the ‘Assumption of Contract’ form attached to this article and send it to support@telecomtag.com
Step 3: You will be notified when the services are available in the TAG account of the new contracting party.
A contract handover can only be processed on the 1st of the next month and has to be submitted at least 6 working days in advance.
